  7. Problem:  New version of PCBoard 15.3 with new file structures available
  8.           for use with the index files (Used in DLPATH.LST)
  9.  
  10. Solution: Fix TKL.PPE and EDITOR.PPE to automagically detect and use the
  11.           new PCB 15.3 Index files.  Now, when adding a file to your
  12.           Tickle File by using the "A" function, Tickle File will
  13.           properly test for the files existence when using the new index
  14.           file formats (If you have it enabled in the .CFG file).

  16.           TKL and EDITOR will still function properly using the pre 1.53
  17.           index file formats.

  32.           download or a message base, or a QWK of a message base.  Just
  33.           display the generic PCB prompt.

  37. Problem:   Integrate TKL with BANK.PPE
  38.               (Bank.PPE written by John Palazzolo and Dan Shore)

  40. Solution:  When a user does not have enough bytes or time to download
  41.            a file, have Tickle File check the BANK database to see
  42.            if the user has a byte or time balance.  Each respective
  43.            balance is checked depending on if the user does not have
  44.            enough bytes or enough time.  If the user has a balance
  45.            they are shown this information and asked if they wish
  46.            to withdrawl time/bytes.

  48. Notes:     TKL.CFG has changed to accomadate the use of the BANK.PPE
  49.            The configuration file now has three lines in it and here
  50.            is an example:

  64. Solution:  Tickle File is no longer Shareware - it is now FREEWARE but
  65.            dontations of $5 - $10 are accepted by the author to spur
  66.            him on to write other fine utilities for PCB SysOps.

  69.     Tickle File would put the ratio (50:1) as a filename in the database
  70.     and would then ask the user for the filename they were attempting
  71.     to download or flag.  This would only occur with systems running
  72.     upload/download file ratios (not byte ratios).

  75.     Tickle File was being executed by PCBText #668 when it should not
  76.     be.  Restore PCBText entry #668 to stock (Hit F4 while in MKPCBTXT).

  117.     Note:  The ? in TKL?.CFG is the CONFERENCE number that this
  118.            configuration file applies to.

  121.     When PCB invokes "Tickle File", save the screen buffer, show
  122.     "Tickle File" information, end "Tickle File", and restore
  123.     the screen.  This way the files that were on the screen previously
  124.     will be redisplayed upon return from the PPE.

  130.     Users not getting prompted to add files to their database.

  132.     *  Found that if the user had ZERO flagged files, had ZERO bytes
  133.        downloaded for the day, and the file exceeded a ratio, they
  134.        would not get prompted

  136. Solution:
  137.     Fixed TKL.PPE - Any time a PCBText entry invoked TKL, the user
  138.                     will be asked to add the file to their database
  139.  
  140. Enhancement:
  141.     Changed TKLPACK.PPE and TKLPACK.CFG so users that do not have any
  142.     files in their database would be packed (removed).  This option
  143.     is enable through an entry in TKLPACK.CFG

  145. Enhancement:
  146.     Changed TKLTEXT entry #15
  147.  
  148. Enhancement:
  149.     Added REPORT.PPE program.  This program will create a file called
  150.     TKLREPRT.LOG which will be located in the same directory as the PPE.
  151.     This report will show all users with their files and descriptions
  152.     (if they have any), or it will show the user and state the user has
  153.     no files.

  155.     At the end of the report is a "Statistics Summary" of:
